Processing & Shipping Times
- Custom Wigs: up to 21 Business Days (not including weekends or holidays) from when payment, measurements, and hair are received.

Standard Shipping is 2-4 Business Days, Express Shipping is 1-2 Business Days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be update.
We will not be held liable for any order delays due to incorrect shipping and billing address. Please make sure you enter your address correctly, including building and apartment numbers. If you enter your shipping address incorrectly, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to have it updated immediately.
A shipping confirmation email will be sent as soon as your unit has left our facility. Please keep in mind once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of them. If there’s any shipping delays or any problems once your items have been shipped, please contact USPS at: +1 (800)-275-8777 for assistance.
We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times.

Due to sanitary reasons and the nature of the products, there are absolutely NO RETURNS. However, Laced by Ash strives to provide each customer with amazing customer service. If the mistake on our behalf, we will happily correct the issue. If you are unsatisfied with your wig after receiving it, please immediately contact email@example.com and we will try our best to accommodate you!
Custom Wig Construction Policy
- Please ensure measurements are taken properly because we will not issue a refund due to improper measurements. If you have any concerns or need help with your measurements please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you send in the wrong measurements, we are not liable for your wig not fitting. *You will be subject to a reconstruction fee*
When providing hair from other companies, we cannot guarantee that your hair will style correctly or your knots will bleach to the correct level. Once the wig is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
Do not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace, or excessively pull at the lace. This will damage your wig and reduce its longevity, Ashley Andrea LLC will not be held responsible.
