Q: When will my order be ready?

A: Turnaround varies depending on the product. Please click on the individual product and scroll down to the "Processing Time" tab to view the turnaround. 

*Please plan accordingly, turnaround will not be expedited unless VIP Rush Service is paid*


Q: When can I drop off my hair for my order?

A: Please click the booking tab to schedule a time to have your hair dropped off.

 Once you have placed your order, you have 10 business days to drop the hair off or else your order will be CANCELED.

Q: Can you make a unit with my used bundles?

A: Yes, recycled bundles, cut wefts, and used closures/frontals can be used but are subject to approval and a fee. Hair must be organized, clean, free of thread and glue, etc. 


Q: How will my unit have a custom fit?

A: To achieve a custom fit, head measurements have to be taken. Measurements must be taken in order for unit construction to begin.

Leave your head measurements in the note section when placing your order.

Q:How many bundles do I need?

A: The longer the hair, the shorter the weft(track). Therefore anything longer than 20" will need more than 3 bundles. The shorter the hair, the longer the weft(track). Therefore anything shorter than 18" will only need 2-3 bundles. 

  • Bob: requires 2 bundles(recommended: 10"/12" or 12"/14") and frontal/closure(recommended: 12" or 14". must be the longest length)
  • All other styles: 3 bundles minimum and a frontal/closure minimum.

*anything over 18" will need more than 3 bundles. please contact me before placing your order to make sure you will have enough hair.*

Q: Can I have my hair shipped directly to you?

A: Yes, once an order has been placed, you will receive the shipping address in the confirmation email. Once you have the tracking number, you must send it to All orders must be shipped too the name Ashley Andrea
